Breakfast

*Juice Plus Capsules
*Fruit on an empty stomach
*2 eggs with fried spinach, asparagus and mushrooms in butter and teaspoon tamari sauce
or a Juice plus complete smoothie
 
 
Lunch

*Quinoa, beet, fetta and green bean salad
*1 can salmon, tuna or fresh grilled salmon
*1 handful almonds
*cacao nibs or paleo bliss balls

Dinner
 
*1 small piece of lean meat or chicken or Seafood
*Unlimited vegetables, i.e: oven baked capsicum, garlic, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, onion, parsley or an organic salad of your choice
*1 cacao, avocado and agave mousse
 
 
Snacks

*Oven baked kale chips with salt and pepper
*Nuts
*Seeds
*Vegetables ie: celery and carrot sticks in hommus, avocado dip, almond spread, organic peanut butter
